Refund Policy

Returns 

As the products we offer are considered a personal products, we are unable to process returns, regardless of whether the item has been opened or not. This policy is in place because we do not resell any products that have left our possession. Our priority is to safeguard both our business and our customers.

Cancellations

A cancellation fee of 5% will be deducted from all cancelled orders. This fee is deducted to cover the non-refundable fee that we (Rustic Glory Soap Company) are charged by our payment processor for each sale transaction.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of receipt, provided that they have not yet shipped. 

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

Whole soap loaf orders cannot be cancelled once they go into production.

We reserve the right to cancel any unshipped order.

Refunds

Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis. Due to the unique nature of scent perception, we do not offer refunds based on scent. We adhere to the fragrance regulations set by the IFRA and strive to provide comprehensive product descriptions. We will always indicate if a specific scent is subtle or intense.
