Shipping Policy

Free USPS Priority shipping on all orders of $65 or more (U.S. only) 

Our current order processing time is 3-5 business days (please note that orders are not processed on Sundays or National Holidays). Orders placed after 3 p.m. CST are counted with the orders of the following day.

Orders may be cancelled up 24 hours after placement, provided that the order has not been shipped.

Once your order has shipped, USPS Priority has a delivery window of 2-3 days for U.S Domestic orders. USPS First Class has a delivery window of 4-8 days.  

Please note that once your package is in possession of the shipping company (USPS, UPS, FedEx), Rustic Glory Soap Company is no longer responsible for the package. In the unlikely event that your package is delayed or missing, we will do our best to work with the shipping company to locate your parcel. We are not, however, responsible for replacing your lost items or refunding your money.
