Shipping Policy

Free USPS shipping on all orders of $40 or more (U.S. only) 

Our current order processing time is 3-6 business days (please note that orders are not processed on Sundays or bank holidays). Orders placed after 3 p.m. CST are counted with the orders of the following day.

Orders may be cancelled up 24 hours after placement, provided that the order has not been shipped. If the order has been shipped, we can not cancel it or refund your money.

Once your order has shipped, USPS Priority has a delivery window of 2-3 days for U.S Domestic orders. USPS First Class has a delivery window of 4-8 days.  

Kindly be advised that once your package has been handed over to the shipping company (USPS, UPS, FedEx), Rustic Glory Soap Company relinquishes responsibility for the package. In the rare circumstance that your package is delayed or goes missing, we will make every effort to collaborate with the shipping company in order to track down your parcel. Nevertheless, we are not liable for replacing any lost items or issuing refunds.
